I do not give an emergency service. I will be available to you at our specific times to do the work we need to do. If you are in distress now look here.

I am not a mental health professional and I do not offer therapy or counselling. If I feel you need this type of help I will advise you of this, either during our initial no-charge, no-obligation conversation or at any time during your Virtual Balance programme. If I am seriously concerned that you might harm yourself or others I will contact the appropriate agencies myself.

I am not a priest. Our sessions are not under the seal of the confessional. I will safeguard your confidentiality at all times, unless there are over-riding reasons. For example, if a client should tell me they are involved in child abuse, I would have no option but to report this to the appropriate authorities.

I will protect your personal information subject to the paragraph above. Your data will be kept physically and digitally secure and will be inaccessible to anyone except me. I am registered under the Data Protection Act and my Registration Number is Z2019016.
